Chef John Federici is a native of Wethersfield, CT.  John is a Graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. John graduated in 1999 with a degree in culinary arts. He worked in Middletown CT., as a Sous Chef for the Tuscany Grill. After working on Block Island as the chef of the Harborside Inn, John settled in Bonita Springs and brought his talents to Wylds Cafe.
John comes from a large Italian family, His Grandmother, mother, and father were great influences on his cooking style. John began cooking at home at the age of 15. Working in a family Italian restaurant is where he was encouraged to start a career in the Culinary Arts.
